PT. Arafura Marine Culture is a family owned fisheries business that stands for the quality as their first priority. The company is started because many Indonesian seafood products available in the market are lacking in quality due to the bad fishing practices, bad processing and minimal infrastructure facilities to facilitate good quality products. They are located in Aru Islands, specifically in Dobo Islands. Where their waters are a lot less polluted due to our remote location no industry thus less carbon footprint on the islands itself. Due to their pristine seas, they are able to culture healthy fishes without usage of antibiotics and chemicals on the fishes’ diet. Their wild caught fishes follows a strict safe fishing practices to ensure the sustainability of the fishes. They also culture fish that are found less and less in our waters due to overfishing to ensure sustainability.
