After defining the problem, we interviewed several users to gain more understanding of the context. We created an affinity map to pinpoint where the pain point lies.
The persona “Sudono WIjaya” is created based on contextual inquiries gathered from the real users.
To reframe the problem to possibilities, we used the “How Might We” method and select one as our primary design question.
From the design question, we created several sessions of ideation. Using the crazy-8 method and then prioritise them based on feasibility & impact to users. The Idea to create a curated list of stock & explore page was selected.
We map the user journey through the product, to identify the use case and the experience through the product.
We sketch and created some paper prototypes to test initial ideas before moving to a higher fidelity prototypes.
The Dashboard shows all the necessary info the user need at a glance, the daily digest news are curated based on which stock they purchased.
Designed to be easy to understand, the table and the charts are arranged in a smart way, the portfolio also show the overall graph and proportion of the stock.
The Explore page is to introduce new stocks to the user, with curated list like music streaming services, the user can be aware of new stock in the market. Professionals can also offer their services through curated stock list.
Daily Recommendation are created for users to advise them which stocks to buy, hold or sell. Curated stock lists are recommended as well based on user trading background.
The stock detail includes a lot of data and information but in a structured format, so the contents are not overwhelming and easy to digest for beginners.

Buying and selling stock is easy with a pop-up module, structured in a smart way to be easy to use.
Reflection & Learning
This project is still ongoing while we need to do several more user testing and create changes for the next iteration. It was a great experience and a challenge to wrap up this design sprint in 5 days.
